⚠️ Important: This pilot program is reserved for associations whose values and actions are aligned with our Vision and Mission. We reserve the right to refuse any application that does not fit this framework — in particular organizations pursuing goals contrary to ethics, altruism, or responsible discernment.

We actively filter toxic think tanks, disinformation organizations, and any entity whose use of the tool would be contrary to the public interest.

Ethical commitment *: I certify that my association pursues goals aligned with the public interest, that it is not a toxic think tank, a disinformation organization, or an entity whose activity contradicts the principles of ethics, altruism, and responsible discernment set out in the Genesis of Digital Partner.

Responsible use *: I commit to using the Tosio infrastructure with discernment, in line with democratic values, and not to divert the tool toward manipulation, abusive surveillance, or restriction of fundamental freedoms.

Spirit of cooperation *: I understand that this pilot program rests on co-construction and transparency. I commit to sharing the learnings from the experiment with the community of partner associations.
