Everything you need to know about Digital Partner: plans, how it works, license, data, security, and technical concepts.
Our orchestrator carries a Japanese first name as a tribute to Prof. Dr. Tosio Kato (加藤 敏夫, 1917-1999) and his work on the technology at its core (NLSE). You are, of course, completely free to rename your digital companion however you see fit.
Partner or companion — in our ecosystem, each user has three available profiles by default, which strictly separate memories and their access according to your requirements:
Yes. Tosio has a built-in continuous learning capability, available in every plan, including Discovery. Its effectiveness grows over time: the more you use it, the better it understands your context, preferences, and processes. Plan for a few days of onboarding after installation before you feel the full effect — that's how long Tosio needs to build your personal knowledge graph.
Every user gets their own license. A team of 3 on Essential pays 3 × €29 = €87 TTC/month, and each person has their own quotas. No shared pool that blocks everyone when one user hits a limit.
At 80%, you receive an alert. At 100%, Tosio suggests the next tier up (with the number of days remaining). You stay in control of the decision. In the meantime, service continues in degraded mode — never a hard block, never surprise billing.
The Discovery trial is not limited in time, but by usage. You get the full set of trial capabilities, with a cumulative budget: 5,000 requests, 2,000 nodes, 500 proofs. At 80% of the budget, you get an alert. At 100%, the system switches to read-only: new memories are no longer indexed, but access to existing memories is maintained. A slow credit recovery (10% per week, up to 20% of the cap) gradually restores a baseline of services so you can keep exploring the app for free.
Yes. Tosio can read and index images in PNG, JPEG, and WEBP formats, as well as PDFs, through its visual analysis module with topological integration: every image is automatically associated with your documents, conversations, and business processes by the contextual indexing engine. For videos, Tosio can extract metadata, subtitles, and text transcriptions. Full frame-by-frame video indexing is available from the Extended plan.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect on the 1st of the following month.
Tosio learns to know you, not your machine. Your license is tied to your identity (email + key, SSO, or local session token). You can sign in from your desk, laptop, or tablet without an extra license. The user is authenticated, not the device.
Your license is personal and non-transferable. You cannot lend your identity to a colleague, intern, or contractor. Every human needs their own license — that's what guarantees decision traceability, accountability for actions, and the confidentiality of your memory.
What happens if an identity is shared? The Cognitive Control Plane (CCP) detects abnormal usage: concurrent connections from different locations, activity volumes inconsistent with a single human, behavioral divergence. The system then applies a progressive three-level restriction:
A shared license means a loss of trust in what you record, which automatically leads to partial or total degradation of operation. The Rewind function lets you undo malicious inputs.
Yes, the session token is stored locally. If you switch machines (desk → laptop), Tosio does not automatically restore your session. Two operating modes:
In all cases, your data (memories, proofs, rules) stays on your infrastructure. Synchronized communications (VPN and P2P) only work and travel inside your network.
The session token is indeed tied to your machine. To work across several machines (desk + laptop), two options:
In all cases, your data (memories, proofs, rules) is stored on your infrastructure — not with us. Synchronized communications (VPN and P2P) only work and travel inside your network.
GPS-S node: an anchor point in your personal knowledge graph. Each node represents a topic, project, or domain that Tosio remembers and links automatically. The more nodes you have, the more structured and navigable your memory becomes.
Swarm: a group of specialized agents collaborating on a task. Each Swarm has its own memory, its own governance rules, and can be dedicated to a specific project. Having multiple Swarms lets you compartmentalize contexts (e.g., a “Billing” Swarm, an “R&D” Swarm).
Yes. Tosio is designed to handle open-ended questions and act as a source of ideas. Unlike a simple Q&A chatbot, Tosio analyzes your context, formulates hypotheses, and proposes courses of action — even when there is no single answer. It's an assistant that reasons with you, not a search engine.
Tosio uses a three-phase exploration process — divergence, intuitive leaps (N4), then convergence — inspired by creative problem-solving methods:
w_proximity threshold), giving you a dial between creative exploration and logical rigor. This mechanism is available in all plans (including Discovery). The number of parallel explorations increases with license level.
Your data stays exclusively inside your infrastructure. Every component of Digital Partner — Tosio, Swarm, GPS-S — runs 100% locally. No data is ever sent to a Digital Partner cloud.
From the Essential plan onward, you can transfer your data via API — for example to an external LLM of your choice — but that is entirely at your expense and on your initiative. Digital Partner does not provide or bill any paid LLM.
The M-Score is an internal cognitive stability metric. It does not affect your price — it is used to optimize routing and handoff priority in multiswarm mode (Exclusive).
Yes. The topological soliton (N3+1, i_topo ≥ 0.70) provides a stable digital fingerprint: any alteration of a recorded measurement causes a detectable variation in the invariant. Each quantum measurement result receives a timestamped SHA-256 hash and is chained into the immutable ProofArchive. YAML governance (N5/N6) ensures any modification is subject to validation, and the Topological Watchman (N9) continuously monitors memory coherence. Localized corruption is automatically detected and repaired — without an external backup. This architecture provides tamper-proof, auditable classical memory, ideal for anchoring the result of a quantum measurement in a sovereign way.
A learned-guidance + exact-backstop pair. The GNN V2 proposes a route very quickly; an exact proof solver then certifies the result. The default proof solver is now CP-SAT (OR-Tools constrained programming): it proves optimality reliably up to about 150-180 customers and is several times faster than the previous solver. A second exact engine (SCIP) remains available for cross-validation. Verified result: 40 provably optimal tours on 40 reference TSP instances, 0% final gap (FORTE #104). Beyond the certified range, the system returns the best route found without claiming optimality.
Digital Partner does not claim to solve P = NP. It reduces a large problem into bounded sub-problems that remain exactly solvable. On constrained delivery routing (100 clients, time windows, capacity), the Macro/Micro/Feedback chain reaches 85.7% valid zones at first shot and 0 unassigned clients.
The GNN is a versatile tool, not a magic oracle. It runs read-only in production (never retrained) with an explicitly bounded competence domain. A tour-memory experiment (heuristic field "tour_memory") was attempted and archived as a double NO GO: within the GNN domain there were almost no failures to correct; outside the domain the frozen GNN is no longer reliable. The lesson is documented, not hidden.
Yes. Digital Partner now integrates a Transverse World Model (WMT) — an external environment representation module that projects real-world entities (users, documents, processes, APIs) into a topological vector space. Unlike classic neural-network World Models, the WMT uses:
FORTE benchmarks #65 and #67 validate the WMT — the Visual Connector → W also lets you anchor images in it (local CLIP), and FORTE benchmark #67 compares the WMT against DreamerV3, JEPA, RSSM, MuZero, and SimPLe on 4 RL environments (100% GO). User guide | FORTE benchmarks → | Nx →
A relatively accessory feature, because Digital Partner continuously learns from your history. However, it can be useful when you're in a hurry or need to quickly integrate new data or knowledge — for example, a consultant who needs to absorb the vocabulary and domain knowledge of a new client, or a developer deciding to pick up a new programming language.
Yes. AIs can distinguish extremely subtle details invisible to the human eye (colors, spacing variations, fonts, regular intervals, paragraph length…). This capability can easily be used to hide commands or a QR code. What looks like an ordinary image or document to you can be read by a machine as an imperative order that contradicts your instructions or intent. We have, of course, built multiple layers of protection into our program accordingly. Still, your vigilance about the origin of the files (documents, photos…) you store on your machine comes first.
Digital Partner includes built-in ransomware resilience across all plans. Each Swarm continuously monitors its memory structure — a ransomware encryption attempt disrupts this structure immediately and is detected in under one second. The compromised Swarm is automatically isolated, healthy Swarms continue operating, and if a node is fully encrypted, it can be regenerated from distributed genomic fragments without external backups. Benchmarks validate this protection: detection in 0.32 seconds, 98.3% global data survival, 0% false positives. See the Security page for details.
The system uses a double T1/T2 barrier. The T1 zone isolates risks, and the T2 observer analyzes every request and blocks malicious instructions. An anti-injection firewall prevents jailbreak attempts. In case of anomaly, a kill switch can halt all execution. See the Wiki — Multi-Layer Security for details.
The kill switch is a built-in emergency stop. It activates automatically in case of abnormal behavior (injection, topological divergence) or manually from the admin dashboard. This protection is monitored by the Topological Watchman (N9).
Obviously not in the general case, but yes on sizes mastered by design: the GNN proposes and an exact backup solver (Held-Karp / OR-Tools) concludes. On our 40 test instances, 40 optimal tours are proved (FORTE #104). For a sense of proportion: the Concorde solver handles instances on the order of 10,400 cities; we stand at 40. Some humility is warranted, and we make no commitment beyond this guardrail-bounded domain. FORTE #91–#104 →
Yes. Concretely, if you schedule visits or deliveries, Digital Partner saves you daily planning time: it groups your clients by zone automatically, orders each route to minimise travel, and guarantees every time window and your per-vehicle appointment limit are respected. It also spots routes that can't work and suggests an immediate fix, without recomputing everything. On our reference scenario (100 clients, 28% tight windows, max 20 appointments per vehicle), 85.7% of routes are valid on the first try and the rest are corrected in seconds, with no client left behind. The default micro solver is ILS+3-opt (a few milliseconds, recalculated live at every event); an optional conditional 4-opt refines in the background when extra precision matters. User guide
All site videos are produced by the Hybrid Video Engine. This engine uses real Swarm data — never free-form prompts. It combines two paths: a procedural path (mathematical animations in a 3Blue1Brown style) and an optional generative path (ambient illustrations via AI, strictly constrained by a stylistic guardrail).
Videos are 1080p with synthetic voiceover (French or English). See the Hybrid Video Engine guide or the Wiki — Hybrid Video Engine for technical details.
